The model
When a family we've helped chooses to move into a community, that community pays us a referral fee. Families never pay us — not for the consultation, the tours, or the move support.
This is the standard senior-placement model, the same way Caring.com and A Place for Mom operate.
Why it doesn't bias us
We only earn anything if you actually choose a place and are satisfied enough to move in, so our incentive is to find a genuine fit — not to push the highest-paying option. We'll also tell you about good options that don't pay us.
How Tampa Senior Advisor can help
We're a free, local senior-care advisory service for Tampa Bay families. We don't charge you — communities pay us a referral fee only if you choose to move in.
